The monetary cost to demolish ecosystems in the base vision to create a cleared and levelled site. It is estimated by multiplying the cost of removing each ecosystem type per area by the area of that ecosystem type that has changed in the user's vision relative to the original vision, then adding all removed ecosystem type costs together.
Demolition cost = area of ecosystem type removed * cost / m2 to remove ecosystem type
