The monetary cost to create the new ecosystems added to the user's vision, assuming a cleared and levelled site. It is estimated by multiplying the cost of creating each ecosystem type per area by the area of that ecosystem type that has changed in the user's vision relative to the original vision, then adding all created ecosystem type costs together.

For ecosystem areas with >= 25 stories:
Construction cost = area of ecosystem type created * ((cost / m2 to create ecosystem type - 240) + (8.19 + (9.83 * number of stories)))
