The number of people working within the vision extent. It is estimated by multiplying the floor area of various uses (e.g. retail, restaurant, public assembly, industrial, etc.) by the worker density, adjusting for the unemployment rate.
Workers = floor area of use * worker density * (1-unemployment rate)
Used to calculate: daytime density, human biomass, total proteins, total carbohydrates, total fats, total fibers, protein eaten while out, carbohydrates eaten while out, fats eaten while out and fiber eaten while out
